Swim Lane Availability
Ever wonder when the most lap swim lanes are
available? Does your workout schedule change
frequently? Our
"Swim Lane Availability"
gives an hour by hour look at the number of swim
lanes available in each pool. |
Maintenance & Repairs
The Santa Monica Swim Center
will be closed beginning Monday, December 7th through
Monday, January 18th for annual maintenance and
repairs. The following repairs and maintenance will
be done:
- Complete new
pool boiler installation
- Complete pool
light electrical repairs
- Remove all
deck sealant/coating
- Complete
caulking around each pool
- Etch all
locker room floors to ensure they are
slip resistant
- Tile repair
which includes adding additional tile in
each locker room to prevent water damage to
the walls and pool tile repairs
- Non-slip
surface repairs to the Sundeck and each
stairwell leading to the sundeck

This is in addition to the
annual preventative maintenance and deep cleaning
done each year. We'll be looking like new when we
re-open Tuesday January 19th, 2010!

Reminder
Groups or individuals desiring to provide coaching
or instruction at the Santa Monica Swim Center must
obtain a permit. Private instruction (one-on-one) is
not permissible. Permit guidelines and applications
can be obtained
on this website or at the Santa Monica Swim Center. |
