FITNESS SWIM |

This Adult Fitness Swim is a drop in class
designed for those who would like to improve
their swimming technique and form, as well
as develop endurance and physical fitness.
This one hour class will meet on Tuesday
and Thursday evenings from 7:30pm to 8:30pm.
The Adult Fitness Swim class is a
non-competitive environment where the focus
will be placed on your stroke technique and
swimming abilities. A coach will provide a
swim workout that meets your current
abilities, as well as with tips and
techniques to improve your stroke. |

Misael’s Group (Stroke Development) is
broken down as follows:

This class is designed to help refine your
swimming technique; using an individualized
systematic approach that gradually breakdown the
four competitive stroke: Butterfly, Backstroke,
Breaststroke and Freestyle. In addition,
participants will be
introduced to various transitions and
interval training in preparation for our workout
class. |

Whether you are an aspiring
tri-athlete, former swim teamer or
fitness swimmer this is the class
for you. Our adult fitness class
uses a variety of training methods
designed to help swimmers improve
their strokes, endurance and overall
fitness through interval training.
In addition, workouts focus on
distance and sprint while placing a
strong emphasis on proper
technique. |
