WET WORKOUTS!

This shallow and deep water workout program includes the use of jogging belts and water barbells to increase strength and cardiovascular fitness. Each program is an hour length and includes stretching, cardio, and strength training. These programs are geared toward each participants fitness level and beginners are encouraged to attend.

Monday & Wednesday
7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Deep Water Wet Workout

Tuesday** & Thursday**
7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
 

Fees

Wet Workout Pass* $44.00 $88.00
Senior/Student $2.50 $5.00
Senior/Student Wet Workout Pass* $22.00 $44.00
Wet Workout Pass: 10 classes per pass. Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

**Participants must be able to swim one-length (25yards) of the pool
