SANTA MONICA RESIDENTS –
PROOF OF RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT
Depending on the program,
residents may receive priority
registration, reduced fees, financial
assistance, or other benefits. In
addition to a driver’s license or
government issued picture ID, one of the
following in the registrant’s name is
required to verify residency: rental
agreement, mortgage statement, current utility
bill. |

Mail-in and Drop off Registration |

COMPLETE
resident and non-resident registrations
received via mail-in and drop-off will
be processed beginning
February 8th
according to the date and time received
at each registration office. INCOMPLETE
registrations will not be processed.
Drop off registration forms will be
accepted at the Swim Center Mon through
Fri, 5:30 a.m.-8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. –
7:00 p.m., Sat and Sun, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00
p.m., 2225 16th Street, SM,
CA 90405 |

Students and family members may enter
the facility as early as 30 minutes
before the students class time begins
and may stay until the facility closes.
Note that one parking pass will be
assigned per family after registering
for lessons. |

Wait List Registration Policy |
| |
If a class becomes full, your name will
automatically be placed on a waiting
list and your check will be returned to
you. If a space in the class opens, we
will notify you by telephone. |
|
Swim Level Assessment |
| |
Swim level assessments are available to
determine the appropriate level for your
child. Swim assessments are offered Mon
- Fri 3:00pm – 6:30pm and Sat & Sun
11:00am – 4:00pm. |

Cancellation and Refund Policy |
| |
There is a $15 processing fee for all
refunds and cancellations. Class refunds
issued only if requested within one
business day after the first class
meeting. Requests must be made in
writing and submitted via fax, mail or
email. Class fees are not prorated.
Missed classes due to participant
illness or absence cannot be made up.

Refund requests resulting from multiple registration
submissions (at one or more offices)
will be subject to a $15 process fee for
each activity session refund.

on a sliding scale, for low to
moderate-income families. Please call
