Lap Swimming |
The Santa Monica Swim Center offers two
heated outdoor pools – the
Splash Pool,
a
25-yard, 10-lane all-shallow pool with
depths ranging from 2 to 4 feet; and the
Fitness Pool, a 25-yard by 50-meter pool
with depths ranging from 6½ to 13 feet.
The water temperature for the Splash
Pool averages 85 degrees; the water
temperature for the Fitness Pool
averages 79 degrees.

Groups or individuals desiring to
provide coaching or instruction at
the Santa Monica Swim Center must
obtain a permit. Private instruction
(one-on-one) is not permissible.
