7.            Public Input: The Commission will hear from the public on topics of interest to the Commission that are not on this agenda.  Each speaker is limited to two (2) minutes.

 

8.            Old Business: Discussion of and possible (further) action on:

A.           Review of FY 05-06 work plan and budget

B.           Collaboration with other commissions on common goals, including appointing liaisons

C.          415 PCH design update and possible next steps

D.          Distribution of housing rights and responsibilities brochure

E.           Review and approval of draft accessibility guide to Santa Monica

F.           Recommendations to City Council for January budget hearing

 

9.            New Business: Discussion of and possible action on:

A.           Presentation on the formation of a Relocation Appeals Board- Nia Tang, Sr. Administrative Analyst, Redevelopment Agency

B.           Support for Martin Luther King Day event

C.          Changing the date of the January meeting to avoid conflicting with the New Year’s Day holiday

D.          Future agenda items (already slotted for later dates: Smoke-free Air for Everyone, support of the Older Adult Task Force’s May event, guidelines for supporting community events, concept for annual video for boards and commissions dinner and work plan goals.  This is not a complete list.)
