Heating it up at McCabe's![]()
Robbie Fulks If it’s not hot enough for you now, I hear it’s going to get really toasty at McCabe’s on Saturday night when alt-country superstar Robbie Fulks hits the stage. He sings like and angel, plays like the devil and they tell me that on-stage he’s a lot funnier than either! And while you’re on line, be sure to sign up as a friend on McCabe’s MySpace page so you can hear about all the great musicians playing there this summer. |

Family Film
Festival and a special adult treat!
Story
And Snack Hour
Street Every
Picture Tells a Story and the
Aero Theatre
wrap up their month long
Family Film Festival
on Sunday with the twenty fifth anniversary showing of this classic
children’s film which showed, once and for all, who the real brains
of the rodent family were – and it ain't
Mickey and
Minnie.
No, the Secret of
Nimh blows the lid off the myths and gives us the
true story of who really rules the rodent kingdom.
And the treat! Oh, and parents, you might want to drop the kids off with a sitter after Nimh and then run back to the Aero for the Peter Sellers classic, The Party! With Claudine Longet and Marge Champion co-starring alongside Sellers and all under the direction of Blake Edwards, it’s a movie that mustn’t be missed! |
