6-B: Ordinance for adoption and second reading to amend
development agreement with National Medical Enterprises
for project located at 2600 Colorado Avenue, introduced
May 10, 1988.
6-C: Ordinance for adoption and second reading adding Section
3611C to the Municipal Code to allow open-air vending on
Third Street Promenade, introduced May 10, 1988.
6-D: Resolution setting a public hearing for June 28, 1988, on

8-C: Ordinance for introduction and first reading adopting
current Uniform Technical Codes and Santa Monica

10-A: Request of Library Board to place a bond issue on November
1988 ballot to purchase land adjacent to Main Library for
future expansion.
11-A: Recommendation to hold a public hearing, select Community
Corporation as developer of affordable housing at 1747
15th Street, adopt resolution authorizing sale of property
to Community Corporation, and authorize City Manager to
execute documents required for sale of property.
11-B: Recommendation regarding adoption of Emergency Water
Conservation Plan.
11-C: Recommendation to authorize City Manager to negotiate and
execute contract with Executive Parking, Inc., for
operation of the City's beach parking lots.
11-D: Request for Closed Session for the purpose of considering
personnel matters and threatened litigation, pending
litigation, and litigation to be commenced by the City.
