       prices  to furnish and deliver outlet boxes, switch boxes,

       prices   to  furnish  and  deliver  bushings,  connectors,

       extension of beach bike path from California Avenue to 300

 8-A:  Ordinance  for  introduction  and  first  reading   adding
       Chapter   4B  to   Article  IX   of  the   Municipal  Code
       implementing Program 10 of the Housing Element,  continued
       from July 12, 1988.                                       

 8-B:  Ordinance  for  introduction  and  first  reading amending
       Santa  Monica Municipal Code Section 2900 to eliminate the
       category of non-voting members of the Commission on  Older

 8-C:  Ordinance  for  introduction  and  first  reading   adding
       Chapter 9B to Article IV of the Municipal Code prohibiting
       discrimination  by  clubs  or  organizations which are not
       distinctly  private, and  prohibiting City  employees from
       attending   meetings/programs   of   organizations    with
       discriminatory membership policies.  [300]
