       Boulevard.                                                

14-G:  Request of Councilmember Jennings to discuss direction  to
       staff  to  include  in  the  1989-90  fiscal  year  budget
       considerations,   the   recommendations   made   in   City
       Attorney's memorandum of January 26, 1989.                

14-H:  Request  of  Councilmember  Jennings  to discuss status of
       aquarium project.                                         

14-I:  Request of  Councilmember Finkel  to report  to Council on
       the  April 13, 1989, Monterey  California League of Cities

       "significant     adverse    impacts"    and    "overriding
       considerations" in implementing  policy 4.3.1 of  the Land
