13-A:  Request of Mitchell  Lachman to address  Council regarding
       cooking and bicycle facilities on City land.              

13-B:  Request  of  Gregory  Wietzychowski  to  address   Council
       regarding public safety on the Pier.                      

13-C:  Request of  Moran de  Musee to  address Council  regarding
       proposed art work.                                        

13-D:  Request  of  Dale  E.  Motley  of  C & K Aviation, Inc. to
       address Council regarding business license penalty.       

14-A:  Appointment of member  to the Architectural  Review Board,
       continued from May 2, 1989.                               

14-B:  Appointment of member to the Airport Commission.          

14-C:  Request  of  Mayor  Zane  to  discuss cooperation with Los
       Angeles and Culver city on traffic issues.                

14-D:  Request of Mayor Zane to discuss amending the Zoning  Code
       to  permit stage and performance  art and other performing
       arts activities in commercial and manufacturing zones.    

14-E:  Request of Mayor Zane and Councilmember Reed to discuss an
       allocation of $10,000 to be included in the current fiscal
       year budget, for the Santa Monica Bay Restoration Project.

14-F:  Request  of  Councilmember  Reed  to discuss crowd control
       measures at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium.            

14-G:  Request of  Mayor Zane  and Councilmember  Reed to discuss
       the Federal Offshore Oil Development Task Force hearing in
       Los Angeles on May 24, 1989, and the endorsement of  Santa
       Barbara County policy statement stressing conservation.   

14-H:  Request of Mayor Zane to discuss waiving of fee for use of
       Council  Chambers by  the Senate  Committee on  Energy and
       Public Utilities on Friday, June 2, 1989.
