 7-B:  Public hearing on proposed two year Community  Development
       Plan  for FY1989-90 and FY1990-91 and resolution approving
       the Community Development Plan and authorizing  submission
       of   the  "Proposed  Statement  of  Community  Development
       Objectives  and  Projected  Use  of  Funds"  to  the  U.S.
       Department  of   Housing   and   Urban   Development   and
       authorizing City Manager to execute contracts.

 8-C:  Ordinance  for  introduction  and  first  reading amending
       Section  2651 of the Santa Monica Municipal Code regarding
       powers  and  procedures  for  issuance  of  revenue bonds,
       continued from May 23, l989.

 8-F:  An  emergency  ordinance  for  introduction  and  adoption
       amending Ordinance  No. 1481(CCS) to  establish a hardship
       procedure.

11-B:  Recommendation  to   direct  City   Attorney  to   prepare
       ordinance increasing the transient occupancy tax rate.

11-C:  Request for Closed Session for the purpose of  considering
       personnel   matters  and  threatened  litigation,  pending
       litigation and litigation to be commenced by the City.  (A
       list of pending  litigation  cases  to  be  considered  in
       Closed Session is posted on the Council Chambers door  and
       is on file with the City Clerk.)                          

14-I:  Request of Mayor Zane to discuss support for AB 8 (FLoyd),
       which requires all motorcycle riders to wear helmets.     

14-J:  Request of Councilmember  Abdo to discuss  reconsideration
       of ordinance  establishing  Program  10  and  direct  City
       Attorney to return ordinance for first reading on June 13,
       1989.                                                     

14-K:  Acceptance of letter  of resignation from  David Tillipman
       from the  Social Services Commission  and authorization to
       City Clerk to publish notice of vacancy.
