 6-A:  Approval of City  Council minutes of  May 23, and  May 30,
       May 31, and June 1, 1989.                                 

 6-B:  Resolutions establishing  City's Gann  appropriation limit
       for FY 1989-90 at $59,163,406 and appropriating FY 1988-89
       funds to Gann'ed  reserve and/or designated  Balance Sheet
       Accounts.

       the assessment  of  costs  to  repair  damaged  sidewalks,
       driveways and curbs on various streets (SR-89-142/143).

       deny the  appeal for DR 457, ZA  5377-Y, EIA 876, to allow
       the construction of  a four story,  3l,575 sq.ft. 68  room
       hotel  with three rent controlled  replacement units and a
       total of 74 parking spaces at 3007 Santa Monica Boulevard.

       litigation and litigation to be commenced by the City.  (A
       list of pending  litigation  cases  to  be  considered  in
       Closed Session is posted on the Council Chambers door  and
       is on file with the City Clerk.)                          

14-A:  Request  of  Mayor  Zane  to  discuss  City sponsorship of
       conference on  storm drain  solution, continued  from June
       20, 1989.
