13-A:  Request of  John F.  Wolcott to  address Council regarding
       allowing private solid-waste disposal companies to service
       residentially zoned locations (R-4 zones).                

13-B:  Request  of  Chris  Westphal  to address Council regarding
       request to waive 5' sideyard setback for construction of a
       second story at 501 11th Street.                          

13-C:  Request  of  Jeff  Mudrick  on  behalf  of  the  Municipal
       Employees Association (MEA), the Employee Action Committee
       (EAC), the Legal Suport Staff Association of Santa Monica,
       (LSSASM) and the Society  of  Public  Attorneys  of  Santa
       Monica  (SPASM),  to  address  Council  regarding Domestic
       Partner Benefits.
