 5-A:  Appeal  of   Planning  Commission   technical  denial   of
       Conditional Use Permit 89-036 to allow the construction of
       a 3,500 square foot meeting hall with one residential unit
       and parking  for 42 cars located  at 2119 Virginia Avenue.
       Applicant:    Santa   Monica   Congregation  of  Jehovah's
       Witnesses, continued from October 17, 1989.

 8-A:  Ordinance  for  introduction  and  first reading regarding
       development agreement  with Santa  Monica College  for the
       construction  of  two  parking  structures, and resolution
       certifying the  Final Environmental Impact  Report for the
       project.

       personnel   matters  and  threatened  litigation,  pending
       litigation and litigation to be commenced by the City.  (A
       list of pending  litigation  cases  to  be  considered  in

       is on file with the City Clerk.)                          

14-A:  Request of Councilmember Katz to discuss authorization for
       use of  travel funds to attend  Turning Tide Conference in
       Seattle on December 4 and 5, 1989.                        

14-B:  Request of Mayor Zane to discuss examination of moratorium
       loop hole for medical office buildings.
