6-B: Recommendation to authorize the City Manager to negotiate
and execute an easement agreement for an outdoor dining
area with OAB Corporation, DBA I Cugini Restaurant at 1501
Ocean Avenue, continued from November 14, 1989.
6-C: Recommendation to contribute City funds to American Red
Cross Disaster Relief Fund.
11-A: Recommendation to direct the City Attorney to prepare an
ordinance extending the moratorium on residential
development in the area bounded by Ocean Avenue to the
west, 14th Street to the east, Wilshire Boulevard to the
south and Montana Avenue to the north, and an ordinance to
amend the zoning ordinance, implement the construction
rate and management program, continued from November 14,
1989.

13-E: Request of Leonard M. Kuras to address the Council
regarding The Coalition of Santa Monica Homeless,

the City Attorney to prepare an ordinance creating a Peace
