14-J:  Request of Councilmember Katz to discuss the incorporation
       of family  oriented units, with  courts, as a  part of the
       normal development of multiple units (both apartments  and
       condominiums)  and  the   requirement   that   a   certain
       percentage of units be barrier-free.
