       Santa Monica Municipal Code  Sections  9420,  9421,  9422,
       9423,  9424,   9427,  9428   and  9429   relating  to  the
       Inclusionary Housing Program, continued from April 3,1990.

 8-B:  Ordinance  for  introduction  and  first  reading amending
       Santa Monica  Municipal Code Sections  9000.3, 9021.4, and
       9055.13,   implementing   the   County   Hazardous   Waste
       Management Plan, continued from April 10, 1990.           

11-B:  Request for Closed Session for the purpose of  considering
       personnel   matters  and  threatened  litigation,  pending
       litigation and litigation to be commenced by the City.  (A
       list of pending  litigation  cases  to  be  considered  in
       Closed Session is posted on the Council Chambers door  and
       is on file with the City Clerk.)                          

14-A:  Request of Mayor Zane  to discuss changes in  City Council
       rules and  procedures  directed  at  streamlining  Council
       meetings, continued from April 10, 1990.                  

14-B:  Request  of  Mayor  Zane  to  discuss  use  of  blowers by
       gardeners.                                                

14-C:  Request of Mayor Zane to discuss resolution of a  conflict
       between  the Third  Street Mall  Specific Plan  and Zoning
       Ordinance, as it  pertains to a  proposed project at  1259
       Third Street Promenade.                                   

14-D:  Request of Mayor Zane to waive the fee for the use of  the
       Council Chambers by the United States Census Bureau on May
       4, 5, and 6, 1990.                                        

14-E:  Request of Councilmember  Katz to discuss  reconsideration
       of   Council  action  concerning  an  appeal  of  Planning
       Commission condition  of approval  for CUP  89-072 and TPM
       21640; 1109 16th Street, considered at the Council meeting
       of April 10, 1990.
