attend the Mandela Freedom Celebration on June 29, at the
Coliseum, and consideration of purchasing tickets in
advance out of Council's travel budget.
14-F: Request of Councilmember Katz to discuss a request from
Margarete Harner, member of the Board of Directors of the
Santa Monica Sister City Association, to provide funds to
pay for the expenses of 32 musicians who will be visiting
from Sister City Mazatlan, Mexico from July 11 - 23, 1990.
