       Reform Elections (CURE).

       litigation and litigation to be commenced by the City.  (A

12-A:  City Council reconsideration of  denial of CUP 89-046  and

       termination of position with Solid Waste Department.

14-A:  Request of Councilmember  Jennings to discuss  encouraging
       open space by allowing  taller,  less  dense  development,
       continued from June 12, 1990.                             

14-B:  Annual appointments of members to various City Boards  and
       Commissions.                                              

14-C:  Request of Mayor Pro Tempore Finkel to discuss support for
       SB 2868 (Petris) relating to health care.                 

14-D:  Request of Councilmember Abdo and Mayor Pro Tempore Finkel
       to  discuss direction to City  Attorney to prepare Charter
       Amendment    for    consideration    concerning    Council
       compensation and benefits.                                

14-E:  Request  of  Mayor  Zane  to  discuss  approval  to  spend
       Proposition A funds  to sponsor  four buses  for students,
       senior citizens,  and other  interested Santa  Monicans to
       attend  the Mandela Freedom Celebration on June 29, at the
       Coliseum,  and  consideration  of  purchasing  tickets  in
       advance out of Council's travel budget.                   

14-F:  Request of  Councilmember Katz  to discuss  a request from
       Margarete  Harner, member of the Board of Directors of the
       Santa Monica Sister City Association, to provide funds  to
       pay  for the expenses of 32 musicians who will be visiting
       from Sister City Mazatlan, Mexico from July 11 - 23, 1990.
