       between  the  Santa   Monica  Beach  Development   Limited
       Partnership and the  City of  Santa Monica;  approving the
       Disposition and Development Agreement between Santa Monica
       Beach Development Limited  Partnership  and  the  City  of
       Santa Monica; and approving an agreement between the  City
       of  Santa Monica  and the  State of  California concerning
       State Lands, continued from July 17, 1990.                

11-C:  Recommendation to adopt  resolution creating Citizen  Task
       Force  to determine whether a Peace and Ecology Commission
       should be established.
