 7-A:  Public hearing regarding termination of Sand and Sea  Club
       Concession Agreement, continued from July 31, 1990.       

 8-C:  Ordinance for introduction and first reading first reading
       approving the  Development  Agreement  between  the  Santa
       Monica Beach Development Limited Partnership and the  City
       of Santa Monica, continued from July 31, 1990.            

 9-A:  Resolutions adding measures to the ballot for the November
       election;  requesting consolidation  of election  with Los
       Angeles  County;  requesting  election  services  from Los
       Angeles  County, and authorizing certain Councilmembers to
       file  written  arguments  on  the  ballot  at  the General
       Election, continued from July 31, 1990.                   

11-B:  Resolutions  certifying  the  Environmental  Impact Report
       including   adoption  of   the  Statement   of  Overriding
       Consideration; authorizing the  City Manager to  negotiate
       and  execute  a  Ground  Lease  and  Concession  Agreement
       between  the  Santa   Monica  Beach  Development   Limited
       Partnership and the  City of  Santa Monica;  approving the
       Disposition and Development Agreement between Santa Monica
       Beach Development Limited  Partnership  and  the  City  of
       Santa Monica; and approving an agreement between the  City
       of  Santa Monica  and the  State of  California concerning
       State Lands, continued from July 31, 1990.                

11-C:  Recommendation to adopt  resolution creating Citizen  Task
       Force  to determine whether a Peace and Ecology Commission
       should be established, continued from July 31, 1990.      

11-D:  Request for Closed Session for the purpose of  considering
       personnel   matters  and  threatened  litigation,  pending
       litigation and litigation to be commenced by the City.  (A
       list of pending  litigation  cases  to  be  considered  in
       Closed Session is posted on the Council Chambers door  and
       is on file with the City Clerk.)                          

14-A:  Annual   appointments   to   various   City   Boards   and
       Commissions, continued from July 31, 1990.
