amplified sound by performers on the Promenade and the
Pier.
14-C: Request of Mayor Abdo to discuss creation of a reward fund
for information leading to arrest and conviction of the
person writing "Hate Letters" to Santa Monica High School
parents.
14-D: Request of Councilmembers Katz and Olsen to discuss
approval to use travel funds to make a site visit to the
BFI, Materials Recovery Facility on August 17, 1991.
