13-A:  Request  of  F.  E.  Harris,  to address Council regarding
       adopting an  interim ordinance that  would incorporate all
       the standards of the new Local Coastal Plan for lots of 40
       feet or less in width.                                    

13-B:  Request  of  David  L.  Oh,  of  Gesundheit  Architects to
       address Council regarding  clarification  of  the  current
       building  moratorium  (Ordinance  No.  1570(CCS))  as   it
       applies to the 1666 20th Street Office Building.          

13-C:  Request  of  Jim  Bernet  to  address  Council   regarding
       cigarette smoking.                                        

14-A:  Appointment of member to the Commission on Older Americans
       and appointment  of  member  to  the  Housing  Commission,
       continued from August 20, 1991.                           

14-B:  Request of Councilmember  Katz to discuss  modification of
       the sign ordinance regarding the Promenade, continued from
       August 20, 1991.                                          

14-C:  Acceptance of letter resignation from Mallory Pearce  from
       the Los  Angeles County  West Mosquito  Abatement District
       and  authorization  to  City  Clerk  to  publish Notice of
       Vacancy.                                                  

14-D:  Request of  Councilmember Zane  to discuss  the status  of
       Santa Monica's compliance with Federal Urban Runoff Permit
       requirements.                                             

14-E:  Request of Mayor Abdo to discuss co-sponsorship of  Malibu
       Environmental Workshop.                                   

14-F:  Request of Councilmember Vazquez to discuss appointment to
       member of the Charter Review Commission.                  

14-G:  Request of Councilmember Olsen to discuss directing  staff
       to  return with a  report on Santa  Monica employee public
       behavior policies.

       to  staff to  evaluate options  providing shelters  at bus
       stops in the City.

       camping  in  City  parks  and  on private property without
       special permission.
