11-A:  Recommendation to appropriate $20,000 to provide technical
       and staff  assistance to  the Charter  Review Commmission,

       Monica.                                                   

14-C:  Request   of   Councilmember    Zane   to   discuss    the
       interpretation  and intent  of City  ordinances protecting
       street trees, continued from October 8, 1991.             

14-D:  Request  of  Councilmember  Katz  to  discuss the homeless
       situation and the City Attorney's memo of October 7, 1991,
       continued from October 8, 1991.                           

14-E:  Request  of  Councilmembers  Katz  and  Zane to discuss an
       alcohol policy for the Santa Monica Pier.                 

14-F:  Request of Councilmember Zane to discuss the City of Santa
       Monica sponsorship  of the  World Rainforest  Symposium at
       UCLA on October 19, 1991.
