       financing in the amount of  $537,531  for  a  thirty  unit
       affordable housing  project, continued  from November  12,

14-F:  Request of Mayor Pro Tempore Genser to discuss support for
       the Cable Consumer  Protection  Act  of  1991  (HR  3560),
       continued from November 12, 1991.                         

14-H:  Request of Mayor Abdo to  discuss waiving the fee for  the
       use  of  the  Council  Chambers  for  PERS  pre-retirement
       workshops on January 14, April 21, October 6, 13, and  20,
       1992.                                                     

14-J:  Request  of  Councilmember  Zane  to  discuss a policy for
       conversion of the  City fleet  to low-emission  and energy
       efficient vehicles.                                       

14-K:  Request of Councilmember Katz to discuss rate increases by
       Century Cable.                                            

14-L:  Request of Councilmember Vazquez to discuss directing  the
       City Attorney  to prepare an  opinion regarding permitting
       non-citizen residents  to vote  for members  of the school
       board.                                                    

14-M:  Request of Councilmember Olsen  to discuss the removal  of
       fishing lines at the Water Garden complex.
