 4-A:  Installation of the Mayor and Mayor Pro Tempore for  terms
       ending in November 1992, continued from November 26, 1991.

 6-A:  Resolution accepting and approving a Final Subdivision Map
       for Parcel No.  21890, for  2-unit condominium  project at
       216 Bicknell Avenue.                                      

 6-B:  Recommendation to award contract to Neighborhood  Resource
       Development Corporation (NRDC) in the amount of $43,700 to
       demolish buildings at the Deak Plumbing and Shurgin  Sites
       adjacent to Virginia Park.                                

 6-C:  Certification of Statement  of Official Action  for appeal
       of Conditional  Use  Permit  91-007  at  1360  3rd  Street
       Promenade.                                                

 6-D:  Certification of Statement  of Official Action  for appeal
       of Conditional Use Permit  90-075  and  vesting  Tentative
       Tract Map 50221 at 1226 11th Street.                      

 6-E:  Resolution authorizing the City to participate in the  Los
       Angeles  County coordinated paratransit network to provide
       complementary paratransit service to disabled individuals.

 6-F:  Resolution  in  support  of  the  Toxic Cleanup Equity and
       Acceleration Act of 1991, S 1557 and HR 3026.             

 6-G:  Recommendation for contribution to Westside Urban Forum to
       assist in funding model affordable housing study.         

 7-A:  Appeal  of  Planning  Commission  technical  denial  of  a
       modification to the  expiration period  of DR  89-004, CUP
       89-019 and Performance Standard  Permit 80-017 to allow  a
       one year  time  extension  on  a  three  story  mixed  use
       building    proposed    at    2221   Wilshire   Boulevard.

 8-A:  Ordinance for  adoption and  second reading  extending the
       City   wide  moratorium   on  non-residential   and  hotel
       development, introduced November 12, 1991, continued  from
       November 26, 1991.                                        

 8-B:  Ordinance  for  introduction  and  first  reading amending
       Sections  9113.1,  9113.3,  9113.5,  9113.7,  9113.8,  and
       Subchapter 10Q to Article 9, Chapter 1 of the Santa Monica
       Municipal Code relating to variance procedures, adjustment
       procedures,  and  building  additions  into  required side
       yards.                                                    

 9-A:  Recommendation to direct the  City Attorney to prepare  an
       ordinance  implementing  Proposition  R  and  supplemental
       information, continued from November 19, 1991.            

 9-B:  Request for Closed Session for the purpose of  considering
       personnel   matters  and  threatened  litigation,  pending
       litigation and litigation to be commenced by the City.  (A
       list of pending  litigation  cases  to  be  considered  in
       Closed Session is posted on the Council Chambers door  and
       is on file with the City Clerk.)                          

10-A:  Public hearing on proposed streetlighting district on 24th
       Street between  Wilshire  Boulevard  and  Arizona  Avenue,

11-A:  Recommendation  of  the  Charter  Review  Commission   for
       funding  for research assistance,  continued from November
       26, 1991.                                                 

12-B:  Resolution  authorizing  the  City  Manager  to  execute a
       Memorandum  of  Understanding  with  the  Management  Team
       Associates (MTA).  (To  be considered in  Closed Session),
       continued from November 26, 1991.                         

13-A:  Request  of  Jean-Marie  Webster  and  Patricia  Spivak to
       address  Council regarding dogs exercising  off a leash in
