 6-A:  Approval of City Council minutes of November 19, 1991.    

 6-B:  Resolution accepting and approving a Final Subdivision Map
       for Tract  No. 49533, for a  5-unit condominium project at
       1753 Euclid Street.                                       

 6-C:  Recommendation  to  award  contract  to O. J. Construction
       Co., in the amount of  $79,800  to  remodel  and  renovate
       office spaces in City Hall.                               

 6-D:  Certification  of  Statement  of  Official  Action denying
       appeal of  Planning Commission denial of  TPC 150 and VTTM
       50590 to allow the  conversion of an eight-unit  apartment
       building to condominiums.                                 

 6-E:  Award of Bid No. 2328 for the sale of three 22-cubic  yard
       refuse bodies to  the City  of Pasadena  in the  amount of
       $75,000.                                                  

 6-F:  Award of Bid No. 2392 to Familian Bay Area Pipe and Supply
       as  specified unit prices for miscellaneous ultra low flow
       toilet fixtures for the Environmental Programs Division.  

 6-G:  Recommendation to authorize the City Manager to  negotiate
       and  execute   a   lease   with   the   Federal   Aviation
       Administration   for   the   placement   of   a  localizer
       directional aid antenna on airport property.              

 6-H:  Award of Bid  No. 2374 in  the amount of  $16,015.59 for a
       propane  powered fork lift truck  for the Civic Auditorium
       Division, Cultural and Recreation Services Department.    

 6-I:  Award of Bid  No. 2381 in  the amount of  $91,200.31 for a
       water crane truck for  Water  Division,  General  Services
       Department.                                               

 6-J:  Resolution establishing  a retirement  plan for  as-needed
       City employees.                                           

 6-K:  Recommendation   to   receive   and   file   the    City's
       Comprehensive Annual  Financial Report for  FY 1990-91 and
       Budget Supplement Report.                                 

 8-A:  Ordinance  for  introduction  and  first  reading amending
       Sections  9113.1,  9113.3,  9113.5,  9113.7,  9113.8,  and
       Subchapter 10Q to Article 9, Chapter 1 of the Santa Monica
       Municipal Code relating to variance procedures, adjustment
       procedures,  and  building  additions  into  required side
       yards, continued from December 3, 1991.                   

 8-B:  Ordinance  for  introduction  and  first  reading amending
       Santa Monica Municipal Code  Section  2905  extending  the
       deadline for  the Charter  Review Commission  to issue its
       report.                                                   

 9-A:  Request for Closed Session for the purpose of  considering
       personnel   matters  and  threatened  litigation,  pending
       litigation and litigation to be commenced by the City.  (A
       list of pending  litigation  cases  to  be  considered  in
       Closed Session is posted on the Council Chambers door  and
       is on file with the City Clerk.)                          

10-A:  Continuation of  public hearing  to consider  the Homeless
       Task  Force findings  and recommendations,  continued from
       December 10, 1991.                                        

10-B:  Public hearing on establishing an assessment district  for
       street reconstruction on  Lincoln  Court  between  Olympic
       Boulevard and Michigan Avenue, continued from December 10,
       1991.                                                     

10-C:  Public hearing  on assessment  of costs  to repair damaged
       sidewalks,   driveways  and  curbs  at  various  locations
       (SR-91-177), continued from December 10, 1991.            

12-A:  Resolution  authorizing  the  City  Manager  to  execute a
       Memorandum of  Understanding  with  the  Supervisory  Team
       Associates  (STA).   (To  be  considered  after the Closed
       Session).                                                 

14-A:  Appointment  of  a   member  to  the   Mosquito  Abatement
       District.                                                 

14-B:  Request of Mayor Genser  to discuss support for  the Cable
       Consumer  Protection Act of 1991 (HR 3560), continued from
       December 3, 1991.                                         

14-C:  Request  of  Councilmember  Zane  to  discuss a policy for
       conversion of the  City fleet  to low-emission  and energy
       efficient vehicles, continued from December 3, 1991.      

14-D:  Request of Councilmember Katz to discuss rate increases by
       Century Cable, continued from December 3, 1991.           

14-E:  Mayor's appointment of delegates and alternates to various
       public agencies.                                          

14-F:  Acceptance of a letter  of resignation from Tom  Soto from
       the Charter Review Commission.
