10-A:  ublic hearing for establishing an assessment district  for
       he  FY   92-93  annual  street   resurfacing  program  and
       ppurtenant work.                                          

14-A:  Request of Councilmember  Rosenstein to discuss  directing
       staff to hold a Study Session for members of the public to
       hear a presentation and ask questions about the Budget.   

14-B:  Request of Councilmember Olsen to discuss opposing AB  996
       (Tucker), which  would preclude  City adoption  of smoking
       ordinances, if not enacted before April 1, 1993.
