       parcels on the north side of Broadway between 20th and    
       23rd Streets and amending the Hospital Area Specific Plan 
       to include these parcels.

       TORCA conversion tax revenue for condominium loans,       
       continued from June 22, 1993.                             

14-A:  Annual appointments of members to Boards and Commissions, 
       continued from June 15, 1993.                             

14-B:  Request of Councilmembers Holbrook and Greenberg to       
       discuss directing the City Attorney to prepare an         
       emergency ordinance in consultation with the Police       
       Department establishing a curfew for minors.              

14-C:  Request of Councilmember Olsen to discuss directing the   
       City Attorney to prepare an ordinance prohibiting smoking 
       in restaurants and other public areas.
