 9-B:  Recommendation of Planning Commission to approve Zone     
       Change (ZC 92-001) to allow redistricting of a portion of 
       a parcel from the M1 (Industrial Conservation) District to
       the C5 (Special Office) District at 1920 Colorado Avenue, 
       continued from July 13, 1993.

 9-C:  Request for Closed Session for the purpose of considering 
       personnel matters and threatened litigation, pending      
       litigation and litigation to be commenced by the City.  (A
       list of pending litigation cases to be considered in      
       Closed Session is posted on the Council Chambers door and 
       is on file with the City Clerk.)

       Enterprises, Inc. v. City of Santa Monica.                

10-A:  Public hearing on the confirmation of assessment of costs 
       to repair damaged sidewalks, driveways, curbs and remove  
       damaged pavement in the parkway areas on various streets  
       (SR-93-188), continued from July 13, 1993.

       reconstruction of 4th Court between Colorado Avenue and   
       Broadway, and 9th Court from Olympic Boulevard to 476 feet

       restrooms in parks, continued from July 13, 1993.         

14-A:  Annual appointments of members to Boards and Commissions, 
       continued from July 13, 1993.                             

14-B:  Request of Councilmember Rosenstein to discuss directing  
       the City Attorney to prepare an ordinance allowing dogs in
       the parks under certain conditions.                       

14-C:  Acceptance of letters of resignation from Gene E. Burleson
       of the Arts Commission and from William C. Janns, Jr. of  
       the Bayside District Corporation and authorization for the
       City Clerk to publish a Notice of Vacancies.              

14-D:  Request of Mayor Pro Tempore V zquez to discuss directing 
       the City Attorney to prepare ordinances to repeal         
       prohibitions against sleeping in City parks, and directing
       the City Manager, Community and Cultural Services Services
       Department and any appropriate City commissions to solicit
       public comment on the proposal.
