Report for the Mid-City Area Traffic Plan, conceptually
approving the plan and mitigation measures, directing
staff to prepare a Statement of Overriding Considerations;
adopting a Resolution of Intention to direct the Planning
Commission to amend the Land Use and Circulation Element
of the General Plan, and directing staff to proceed with
the General Plan amendments and formal adoption of the
Traffic Plan and mitigation measures.
