 6-B:  Resolution of Intention setting a public hearing for      
       October 26, 1993 on the vacation of a portion of 7th Court
       from Broadway to approximately 250 feet south of Broadway.

 6-C:  Resolution authorizing an alternate race route for St.    
       Monica's Church Oktoberfest 5- and 10-K Run to be held on

       subterranean parking structures, and Section              
       9.04.10.08.210 regarding semi-subterranean parking        
       structures in all residential, RVC or BCD Zoning          
       Districts, (Text Amendment 93-004).

       interim development standards and permitted uses for      
       portions of the M1/C5 Districts, continued from September 
       21, 1993.

 9-A:  Resolution certifying the final Environmental Impact      
       Report for the Mid-City Area Traffic Plan, conceptually   
       approving the plan and mitigation measures, directing     
       staff to prepare a Statement of Overriding Considerations;
       adopting a Resolution of Intention to direct the Planning 
       Commission to amend the Land Use and Circulation Element  
       of the General Plan, and directing staff to proceed with  
       the General Plan amendments and formal adoption of the    
       Traffic Plan and mitigation measures.

14-A:  Annual appointments of members to Boards and Commissions,

14-B:  Request of Councilmember Rosenstein to discuss            
       consideration of Council procedures, continued from       
       September 21, 1993.                                       

14-C:  Recommendation to authorize the City Clerk to publish a   
       Notice of Annual Vacancies for the Pier Restoration       
       Corporation Board of Directors, continued from September  
       21, 1993.                                                 

14-D:  Request of Mayor Abdo to announce the resignation of Ms.  
       Hiromi Katayama from the Arts Commission and to direct the
       City Clerk to publish a Notice of Vacancy.
