all smoking in indoor restaurants; amending Section

general public and amending Section 4.44.060 to prohibit
smoking in bars when meals are being served, introduced on

park, specifying the length of leashes for dogs,
increasing the fine for failure to abate a nuisance by a
dog and permitting the designation of off-leash areas in
