 4-A:  Proclamation declaring December 1, 1993 as "World AIDS    
       Day" in the City of Santa Monica and the week of November 
       29 through December 3, 1993 as a week of "A Community     
       Taking the Time to Act Against AIDS."                     

 6-A:  Approval of the minutes of City Council meetings of       
       November 2 and 9, 1993.                                   

 6-B:  Ordinance for second reading and adoption amending Santa  
       Monica Municipal Code Sections 6.36.080 and 6.36.110      
       related to Street Performance Regulations for the Third   
       Street Promenade.                                         

 6-C:  Ordinance for second reading and adoption amending the    
       City's solid waste ordinance allowing voluntary           
       participation in a fee for use program to collect and     
       dispose of small business hazardous waste.                

 6-D:  Resolution approving a Final Map for a 10-unit Tenant-    
       Participating Conversion project, Tract No. 51455, TPC-277
       at 1007 Twentieth Street.                                 

 6-E:  Resolution modifying planning, zoning, and land use fees  
       to exempt child care centers.                             

 6-F:  Recommendation to award Bid #2470 to Kirk Paper to furnish
       and deliver miscellaneous recycled paper.                 

 9-A:  Recommendation to adopt a resolution to certify the Final 
       Environmental Impact Report for the Civic Center Specific 
       Plan; adopt a resolution adopting the Civic Center        
       Specific Plan with the Statement of Overriding            
       Considerations; adopt a resolution amending the Land Use  
       and Circulation Element of the General Plan; and adopt a  
       Resolution of Intention to amend the Zoning Ordinance to  
       implement the Civic Center Specific Plan.

 9-B:  Request for Closed Session for the purpose of considering 
       personnel matters and threatened litigation, pending      
       litigation and litigation to be commenced by the City.  (A
       list of pending litigation cases to be considered in      
       Closed Session is posted on the Council Chambers door and 
       is on file with the City Clerk.)                          

12-A:  Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a      
       Memorandum of Understanding with the Santa Monica Police  
       Officers' Association (SMPOA), continued from October 26, 
       1993.  (To be considered during Closed Session.)          

12-B:  Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a      
       Memorandum of Understanding with the Municipal Employees  
       Association (MEA).  (To be considered during Closed       
       Session.)                                                 

13-A:  Request of Santa Monica Pier Lessees' Association members,
       Murry Gould, Chris Volaski and Patricia Sheffield to      
       address Council regarding Pier parking, the economic      
       environment and the police substation for the area.       

14-A:  Appointments of members to Boards and Commissions,        
       continued from November 9, 1993.                          

14-B:  Request of Councilmember Rosenstein to discuss            
       consideration of Council procedures, continued from       
       November 9, 1993.                                         

14-C:  Request of Councilmember Olsen to discuss directing staff 
       to prepare a report on the feasibility of changing street 
       sweeping hours to after 9:00 A.M. in residential areas,   
       continued from November 9, 1993.                          

14-D:  Request of Councilmember Greenberg to discuss directing   
       staff to obtain information about the availability of     
       shelter beds in Los Angeles County, including cold weather
       shelters, and to report on what means are available to    
       refer and transport homeless individuals to these         
       shelters.
