RA-1: * Resolution to designate base year assessment roll;
authorizing transmittal of a map, a legal description
of the proposed earthquake recovery redevelopment
project area boundaries, and a statement that a
redevelopment plan is being prepared to taxing
officials and agencies; and directing payment of
filing fee to the State Board of Equalization.

14-A: Request of Councilmembers Greenberg and Holbrook to
discuss direction to staff regarding the implementation
of certain public safety measures, continued from March
22, 1994. (Public discussion held on March 22, 1994.)
ACTION: Discussion Held.
14-B: Request of Councilmembers Greenberg and Holbrook to
discuss direction to the City Attorney to work with the
Police Department in order to formulate enforcement
procedures, continued from March 22, 1994.

14-C: Request of Councilmembers Greenberg and Holbrook to
discuss direction to staff to develop a comprehensive
approach to the delivery of homeless services, continued
from March 22, 1994.

14-D: Request of Councilmember Olsen to discuss
authorization for Councilmembers to spend travel funds
to tour a city-owned and operated shelter in Berkeley,
California.
ACTION: Authorization approved.
