8-A:Ordinance for introduction and first reading regarding the Initiative Measure on Park Closures,
     Solicitation, Camping and procedures relating to the provision of services to the homeless; or
     Resolution of Intent to place the initiative on the ballot at the General Election in November
     1996; or Resolution to place the initiative on the ballot at a Special Election selected by the,
     City Council.

ACTION:  - Introduced ordinance for first reading.
