9-A:Recommendation to conduct a public hearing on the Sunset Park Traffic Plans; adopt a
     resolution certifying the Final Environmental Impact Report; approve a traffic plan and mitigation
     measures; direct staff to prepare a Statement of Overriding Considerations; and adopt a
     resolution of intention to direct the Planning Commission to amend the Land Use and Circulation
     Element of the General Plan, if necessary, continued from September 27, 1994.

ACTION:   Public hearing held. Continued Council discussion to October 5, 1994.

14. COUNCILMEMBER DISCUSSION ITEMS: (Public discussion permitted.)
14-A:Request of Mayor Abdo to discuss the current policy on the removal of trees from public
    property effective until a new tree ordinance is adopted in December.

ACTION:   Discussion held, continued to October 11, 1994.

matter jurisdiction of the City.)
