9-A:   Recommendation to conduct a public hearing on the Sunset
       Park Traffic Plans; adopt a resolution certifying the
       Final Environmental Impact Report; approve a traffic plan
       and mitigation measures; direct staff to prepare a
       Statement of Overriding Considerations; and adopt a
       resolution of intention to direct the Planning Commission
       to amend the Land Use and Circulation Element of the
       General Plan, if necessary, continued from September 27,
       1994.

 9-B:  Request for Closed Session.

14-A:  Request of Councilmembers Olsen and Rosenstein to discuss
       directing the City Attorney to draft an amendment to the
       Park Closure Ordinance, Santa Monica Municipal Code
       Section 4.08.091, to include the City Hall and Civic
       Auditorium.
