8-B:   Ordinance for introduction and first reading relating to
       the application of health and safety standards to the
       service of meals to the public without charge.

       ACTION: Introduced ordinance for first reading as
               amended.

14-A:  Request of Councilmember Olsen to discuss directing
       staff to analyze the recent Federal Crime Bill to
       determine the level of public safety aid to Santa
       Monica, continued from October 11, 1994.

       ACTION: Approved.

14-B:  Request of Councilmember Olsen to discuss Lincoln Park
       redevelopment plan and construction, continued from
       October 11, 1994.

       ACTION: Discussion held.  Referred to staff.

14-C:  Request of Mayor Pro Tempore Vazquez to discuss calling
       for a public apology from KFI radio station concerning a
       public statement made on their airwaves regarding
       homeless people.

       ACTION: To be considered on October 25, 1994.
