10-A:  Public hearing and recommendation to adopt resolution
       confirming assessment costs and the report of the
       Superintendent of Streets regarding repairs to damaged
       sidewalks, driveways, curbs and removal of damaged
       pavement in the parkway area on various city streets.

       ACTION: To be considered on February 28, 1995.

10-B:  Public hearing on the Safety Element and final
       Environmental Impact Report; adopt resolutions
       certifying the final Environmental Impact Report,
       approving the adoption of the Safety Element, amending
       the Public Safety and Seismic Safety Elements of the
       General Plan, making findings necessary to approve the
       Safety Element and adopting the mitigation monitoring
       program for the Safety Element of the General Plan,
       continued from February 14, 1995.  Considered with 8-A.

       ACTION: Adopted Resolutions Nos. 8862 (CCS), 8863
               (CCS), 8864 (CCS) and 8865 (CCS).

14-A:  Appointments of members to Boards and Commissions:
       Scheduled:  Pier Restoration Corporation (1). 
       Unscheduled:  Airport Commission (1), Arts Commission
       (1), and Pier Restoration Corporation (1), continued
       from February 14, 1995.

       ACTION: Linda Sullivan was appointed to the Pier
       Restoration Corporation for a term ending November 9,
       1997.  

       Appointments to the Airport Commission, Arts Commission,
       and Pier Restoration Corporation were continued.

14-B:  Acceptance of letter of resignation from Gregory Spiess
       of the Bayside District Corporation and authorization
       for the City Clerk to publish a Notice of Unscheduled
       Vacancy, continued from February 14, 1995.

       ACTION: Accepted resignation with regret.
