CC/HA/RA/PA-2: Resolutions and related documents adopting Fiscal
               Year 1995-96 Budgets for the City of Santa Monica,
               Housing Authority, Redevelopment Agency and
               Parking Authority, approving various salary rates
               and reclassifications and a recommendation to
               direct the City Attorney to prepare an ordinance
               to establish a Stormwater Management Enterprise
               Fund.

               ACTION:   Adopted Resolution Nos. 8909(CCS) as
                         amended,  67(HAS), 448(RAS), 224(PAS),
                         8910(CCS), 8911(CCS) and approved staff
                         recommendation.

6-B:   Recommendation to adopt resolutions establishing the Gann
       appropriations limit for FY 1995-96 and appropriating FY

       ACTION: Continued to July 11, 1995.

14-B:  Request of Mayor Pro Tem Greenberg to discuss instructing
       the City Attorney to draft amendments to the City s
       nuisance abatement ordinances to simplify the current
       procedures, an ordinance prohibiting public nudity in
       parks and beaches, and amendments to the Santa Monica
       Municipal Code clarifying the distinctions between
       nightclubs and restaurants, continued from June 13, 1995.

       ACTION: Referred to staff.

14-C:  Request of Mayor Pro Tem Greenberg to discuss
       implementing a procedure to inform the Council of pending
       recommendations from the City Clerk and City Attorney,
       continued from June 13, 1995.

       ACTION: Referred to staff.

14-D:  Request of Mayor Rosenstein to discuss authorizing City
       staff to take appropriate actions to ensure the continued
       commitment to complete the secondary treatment facility
       at the Hyperion Treatment Plant.

       ACTION: Referred to staff.
