       Santa Monica for second reading and adoption prohibiting
       second dwelling units in the R-1 and OP-1 Zoning
       Districts subject to limited exceptions, clarifying the
       allowance of second units in Multi-Family Residential
       Districts and specifying standards for second units. 
       (Introduced October 8, 1996)

8-B:   Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Santa
       Monica for second reading and adoption adding Chapter
       3.26 to the Municipal Code prohibiting the sale of
       certain handguns commonly known as "Saturday Night
       Specials." (Introduced October 8, 1996.)
