SUBJECT:  Ordinance Amending the Official Districting Map to
          Rezone 1533 Nineteenth Street from R2 to R2A

Introduction
At its meeting on April 8, 1997, the City Council introduced for
first reading an ordinance amending the Official Districting Map
to rezone 1544 Nineteenth Street from R2 to R2A.  The attached
Ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.

RECOMMENDATION
It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying ordinance be
adopted.
