10-A: Public hearing for formation of Assessment District for streetlighting installation - Recommendation to declare the City's intention to form an assessment district for streetlighting installation on various City streets and declaring the City's intention to assess property owners for costs and issue bonds as security for unpaid assessments.

NOTE: This public hearing is being continued to March 24, 1998, due to the cancellation of this Council meeting because of lack of a quorum. The public portion of the March 24, 1998, Council meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. For any questions regarding the above public hearing, please call the City Clerk's Office at (310) 458-8212.
