14-E: Request of Mayor Holbrook to discuss an increase in funding of $5,000 for fireworks displays to the "Celebrate America" Concert Program to be held on Friday, July 3, 1998, at Santa Monica City College. Funding in the amount of $10,000 has already been approved and this increase would bring the total to $15,000. (Continued from May 12, 1998.)

14-F: Resignation from Social Services Commission - recommendation to accept letter of resignation from Ralph Sanchez and direct the City Clerk to publish the vacancy.
