SUBJECT: Ordinance Amending Santa Monica Municipal Code Section 9.04.08.34.060 to Increase the Permitted Height for Recreation Facilities Associated with Public or Private Primary or Secondary Schools in the M1 Zoning District

Introduction

At its meeting on September 8, 1998, the City Council introduced for first reading an ordinance increasing the permitted height for recreation facilities associated with public or private primary or secondary schools in the M1 Zoning District. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.

Recommendation

It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying ordinance be adopted.
