SUBJECT: Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Santa Monica Amending Santa Monica Municipal Code Section 9.04.08.36.030 and Adding Sections 9.04.12.150 and 9.04.02.030.553 to the Santa Monica Municipal Code to Allow Outdoor Antique Markets in the Public Lands (Pl) Overlay District Subject to a Performance Standard Permit

At its meeting of October 26, 1999, the City Council introduced for first reading an ordinance amending one section of and adding two sections to the Municipal Code to allow outdoor antique markets in the Public Lands Overlay District subject to a performance standards permit. The ordinance is now presented to the Council for adoption.

Staff recommends that the Council adopt the attached ordinance.
