Introduction
At its meeting on April 11, 2000, the City Council directed City staff to prepare a resolution supporting the City of El Segundo
=s legal action against Los Angeles World Airports, seeking to halt its pattern and practice of expanding the operations and facilities of the Los Angeles International Airport incrementally without adequate environmental review. In response to the Council=s direction, the attached resolution has been prepared.Recommendation
It is respectfully recommended that the attached resolution be adopted.
