At its meeting on July 11, 2000, the City Council introduced for first reading an ordinance amending Chapter 6.72 of the Municipal Code related to the City
=s utilities tax. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.Recommendation
City Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
