SUBJECT: An Interim Ordinance of The City Council of The City of Santa Monica Modifying The Development Review Thresholds in The RVC Residential Visitor, BCD, C2, C4, C5, C6 CM, CP, M1, And LMSD Districts to 7,500 Square Feet

INTRODUCTION

At its meeting on November 14, 2000, the City Council introduced for first reading an interim ordinance modifying the development review thresholds in the RVC Residential Visitor, BCD, C2, C4, C5, C6 CM, CP, M1, AND LMSD districts to 7,500 square feet. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.

RECOMMENDATION

It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying ordinance be adopted.
