of denial of Development Review Permit for the Target Department Store project;
resolution certifying Final Environmental Impact Report; and recommendation to
deny appeal – recommendation that
the City Council adopt a resolution certifying the Final Environmental Impact
Report for the Target project; and deny Appeal 00-084 and uphold the Planning
Commission’s denial of Development Review Permit 98-008 to allow the
construction of a 3-story, 162,480 square foot department store with 4 levels
of subterranean parking (580 spaces) located at 430 Santa Monica Boulevard and
uphold the Planning Commission’s decision.
